The results obtained with this microphone are more than positive as regards the fidelity of the acoustic characteristics of the instrument. If I did not have the opportunity to test it on stage, I was however able to check its resistance to feedback by positioning the guitar in front of the amp, nothing loops, it's nickel!
Compared to all systems based on piezo, aerial microphone fixed in the body of the instrument or magnetic microphones, the contact microphone Ischell is the one that most faithfully reproduces the acoustic characteristics of the instrument.

We performed the test in symmetrical and asymmetrical on two different amplifiers, the AER Domino 2a and the ACUS One. An Audix I5 microphone in front of the amplifier and a Se-electronic Se4 microphone as a background microphone.
