  • ISCHELL systems are shipped within 8 days maximum + 2 for transport (4 internationally). Delivery Colissimo made against signature of the recipient. You will receive an email containing a link allowing you to track the package.
  • Small accessories are shipped within 2 days + 2 for transport (4 internationally). Tracked package deposited in your mailbox.
  • ACUS amps are shipped within 2 days + 2 maximum for transport. Colissimo or carrier, against signature of the recipient.
  • The date and time of delivery is important to you? Contact us, we will inform you of the exact date on which you will receive your package.
  • Urgent delivery? Contact us, we will do our best to satisfy you!
  • The use of our systems may vary depending on your instrument and its manufacture. Check out our Knowledge Base to have the latest investment advice available.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the sound, please contact us by email support@ischell.com or telephone 06 62 09 54 91, we will help you in setting up and defining the best location for your microphone.
  • A solution is found in almost all cases.
  • You benefit from 15 days of trials, satisfied or refunded from the date of receipt of your order if you purchase a product on www.ischell.com
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
  • However, we strongly invite you to contact us before any return, the dissatisfaction usually coming from a bad placement or a bad use.
  • Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products are not taken back. The item must be returned in its original packaging. As with any other return of merchandise, the customer must first obtain a return number from ISCHELL.

Your product no longer works? Did you remember to check:

  • The connecting cable between the microphone kit and the interface or the output cables may be faulty (Try others if possible)
  • The phantom power has not been activated. (for models X48, J48 MK and MSK)
  • Only cables should be used jack mono with BOX systems
  • You have reversed IN and OUT with the BOX systems
  • You forgot to unplug the Jack OUT of your battery operated system and it is completely discharged.
  • You are trying to operate a J48 symmetrical system without the 9v battery option, with a cable Jack mono> It can't work with these systems. Using a balanced cable Jack TRS / XLR and the activation of the phantom power are essential.

Contact us if you cannot find a solution to your problem. If your product is under warranty, it will apply, otherwise, we can of course repair your system beyond the warranty in After Sales Service.

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect.

The warranty covers the free replacement of defective parts. The materials must reach us carefully packaged, postage prepaid, and will be returned postage prepaid.

The contractual guarantee does not cover:
- abnormal or improper use of the products. In this regard, we invite you to carefully read the instructions for use supplied with the products,
- The warranty does not cover wear and tear or accessories. The warranty is automatically void in the event of technical modification, opening of the covers or repair carried out by a workshop not approved by ISCHELL MICROPHONE SYSTEMS.

ACUS amplifiers are guaranteed for two years. Three months for the speakers.
